Complaint Details
My name is Manoj Mishra, staying in Pune. I had taken Reliance Broadband connection on my name. On 16th December 2014 I gave the request for service cancellation to their broadband customer care team due to bad service. Even after more than 3 weeks of my request, they have still not cancelled my connection. I have registered multiple request for service disconnection and everytime I receive a response from them that my request has been registered and that it will be attended to shortly. Please refer to the attached email communication and also the sms response which I have received from Reliance that my request has been processed. Despite this they continue to generate bill on my name and I keep on receiving reminder emails to pay the bill from their agency. I am NOT using their service anymore but still I am receiving bill from them. This is pure case of harassment and giving me mental agony. I want strict action to be taken against Reliance for their unethical practice. I want to cancel their service which they are not doing.
