so many mobile recharge shops located in the sub-way to bus stand near pune railway station taking RS.60 for 50 BSNL Ec recharge, Rs.35 for Rs. 30 airtel Ec recharge etc... please do an inquiry and take appropriate action against this unauthorized additional charge taking from innocent tax giving people.. thank you..
