Dear Team,

My name is Ranjeet Kumar Padhi from Bangalore, Friday (12.12.2014) I brought one “MBlaze Ultra Wi-fi “ devise MDN: 8453347545 and told the sales Officer Mr. Zabiuallah (Cell: 9060134184) very clearly to activate Rs. 444 plan, he has written the same in the form and before activation during my verification call verifying authority Mr. Salman (080-42670888) told that I am under Rs. 999 plan. I told him very clearly to don’t activate the devise under Rs. 999 I require the card to be activated under Rs. 444 plan, also I placed the request to change the plan, request no: 8333825 on 14.12.2014 and complaint number is: DEC/5604 before activation, despite that MTS has activated my data card under Rs. 999 plan. I have been cheated by MTS and forcing me to use Rs. 999 plan which I can’t effort.

MTS has denied to provide the waiver and enforces to use the 999 plan and pay excess amount after long follow-up they has changed the plan to 444 from next billing cycle.
