My compliants have not resloved and i am following up for more than 7 months, till now its not resolved. Whenwver i am contacting them they will say 48hrs, 72 hrs... but no response form their side.. Ref Service Request Number: 1-33500572504, Service Request Number: 1-33498783909, eBay Guarantee* claim - 510934 and ebay Claim ID 654005.
