Complaint Details
I have purchased a Dell Alienware M18 Laptop. The laptop is still in warranty. Recently it developed boot issues, for which the company has diagnosed it with a motherboard replacement. I have a next business day support with Dell, not only have they taken more than 2 weeks to ship the replacement motherboard, they shipped an old used faulty motherboard which worsened my laptops condition. Please intervene and help.
