Complaint Details
I had purchased Asus O Play mini media player from Snapdeal. It comes with 1 year warranty. Now after the warrany has got over, it has some technical fault because of which it does not detect the videos of the Hard Disk / Pen drive connected to it whereas the images are being detected. I called up Asus Authorized service center & got reply from them that they service only under warranty product & provided me Asus call center no. I called them up & also informed them that I am even ready for paying any repair charges but got the same reply from them as well. Finally I somehow got few E-Mail IDs' of Asus company & sent them mail. Even after that I have received the same reply that we cannot service out of warranty product & even this product cannot be repaired anywhere in India. I even told them that I am ready for paying any charges towards it but they are not at all ready to provide any chargeable services as well. Please help me in this matter.
