Complaint Details
I had ordered 2 Shirts from www.fashionara.com as prepaid order on 29-12-2014. It was delivered on 01-01-2015. I was shocked to see that one of the shirts was old, wrinkled, used & not packed (just folded & kept inside plastic cover) properly. Immediately I sent SMS for Return. On 02-01-2015, I sent Email asking for Return clearly mentioning the reason. They just gave a missed call & disconnected. When i called back no one picked up. Every day I am sending Emails to all the available Fashionara Email addresses for Return & Refund, but no response.
