Complaint Details
My Lenovo mobile P780 shutdown problem. it was given to S.G. Infotech (Lenovo complaint No.863802025526257) on date:21-11-2014 to rectify and fix the issue. They kept the cell for almost one month and returned unrepaired arrogantly on date:-19-12-2014. On contacting Lenovo they took long to reply on the issue and after two emails they seem to be in no mood of entertain me. It`s hardly 6 months it is used. Im duped by Lenovo and hence wish the compensation and cell purchase value.
Please help me with the issue to find justice.
