Dear Sir / Madam,

I make a booking for my mother from Dubai to Kolkatta for my aged mother Mrs Raj Sood with a special assistance request of wheel-chair.
2. I was issued confirmed PNR number but the money was not charged and a confirmation was sent that I will be getting a call from jet airways after which I will be charged the amount.
3. After waiting for 1 week, I didn't get any mail and thus I called up their Dubai / Abu Dhabi office and also sent reminder mails to jet airways. While I didn't get a reply to my mails and Dubai office informed to contact Delhi office.
4. I called up Delhi office and they confirmed that I do have the reservation and they cannot take payment so I should visit one of their office and make payment their.
5. When I went to airline office, I was informed that the booking no longer exists and it has been cancelled.
6. When I tried to rebook the same ticket, system gave an error that a similar booking exists and you cannot rebook a ticket. Moreover, the fare had gone up and I couldn't opt for another airline as I had confirmed booking for other family members in the same flight and my mother could not have travelled alone due to her old age.
7. Finally I had to book the ticket through another website at a higher cost besides ging through the hassle for so many days. I end up spending around AED 300 more.
8. Jet airways should be held responsible and should be penalized for the same.
