Respected sir,

I the applicant Mr Sandeep T. Mahadik have to state here that i had availed a personal loan of rs 188000/- for the period of
36 month .My loan a/c no is 19764911. I received Rs 182362 after deducting processing chrg and stamp duty.
The same loan was repaid in monthly Ecs and only four EMI could not be deducted due to change in salary date.

Further i have to say that i received a call from your official Mr datta parab (CELL NO 9821898787) from kanjurmarg for the
repayment of the dues. I requested him in a very humble language that now i am not in a position to pay this dues immidiately
and give me a time up to march 2015 i will definitely clear my dues by march 2015.

But i am very sad and disgusting to say that he started to argued with me in a very bad words and quarlling by giving me abuses.
I was requesting him that keeping in mind of my track record please awail me some time but he did not listened to my request.

Top of all he sent his man to my residence and talked with my wife in a very rude languageand , uses bad words, abused her in front
of my neighbours.Not only this but he blamed my wife about her character (i.g(Marathi language) to nakki tujhach navra ahe na ?)

He spoiled my character also by calling my nephew working in aurangabad (Mahesh Mahadik cell no 8623802662) and told him about
my non repayment. I dont know from where and how he found his cell number .I guess from my face book profile )

Sir is this the way of inquiring and recovering dues from the customer who has not paid only your four emis. Sir i want answere for all
of this

I have attached the NC copy Dt 12/1/2015 at 3:00PM oclock lodged against Mr Datta Parab in virar east police station

Please do the neccessary action in this regard
