I have purchased Panasonic (F62B3HRB 6.2 kg grey topload fully automatic washing machine
)washing machine in july 2014, i have few issues with the machine which i realised bit lately, machine is working fine but stains are not being removed from clothes. Stating the same reason i have raised a request for panasonic customer care with reference no:R030115015464 on jan 5 2015, till date panasonic people has not contacted me, i have cal'd them few times and they reply as
"we have few issues with our IT infrastructure as we are updating our systems, now we will arrange some one for you in 1-2 days"
i cal'd them thrice and got the same reply.
Please take it further to get it resolved.
