Dear Sir,
Below is the Product and company details:-
Company - Spice Mobile
Product - Mobile handset-Spice Full Touch Dual Sim Android Phone -436
Date of Purchase - 25-08-2014 (Invoice date) (Refer to the attached INVOICE along with JOB SHEET)
Invoice - NITCDRH/DRH/08/2014/2624974 (Refer to the attachment)
Below is the Complain/Problem details:-
Service job Sheet No of Authorised Spice Service Centre-4057 (SR No - 34102044F10104)
Location - Jamshedpur
Nature of problem with handset as on complain lodged on 19-01-2015- Power key not working/auto work and excessive heating within one minute.
Moreover the same handset was submitted at the service centre for the same problem on 26-10-2014 with Sr No - 34101543EB0310
The complain/problem mentioned above is not resolved by SPICE MOBILE for the repetitive nature of problem.
I have requested the service centre to replace the handset with new handset or return the money. But the company is adopting the delaying tactics to linger the problem so that the one year warranty period gets completed.
The issue is pending since 26-1-2014 when the first complain was lodged with service centre with SR No 34101543EB0310. Request your intervention so that the handset is replaced with a new handset. The handset is not safe to use as well as it get heated abnormally within the one minute of use.
