i purchased asus zenfone 5 for rs 9999 from flipkart on 15th jan 2015.after receiving the product i got to know that there are some very serious problem with the phone.i faced lots of problems like 1)the battery is not good,i.e,battery drain very very fast.2) the volume of the phone is too slow 3) battery get overheated and so very dangerous to use and all.i checked the website then i got to know that all zenfone 5 has same problem.so i decided to replace it with another phone ,i.e moto g 2nd gen, by paying extra money(i.e price of moto g which is rs 12,999) .but when tried to replace zenfone 5 with moto g 2nd gen through my flipkar account then i was unable to do the same(even when there was a return button option to RHS of my product in my account).than i called to the flipkart customer center and told them ther are lots of problem with the product so i want to replace it.i told them that i dont want my money back ,i just want to replace my product with another product and i will pay extra for other product..but to my surprise they said "sir it is our policy that we do dont replace our product with other nor we will give you your money"...when i again checked the flipkart website i find review written by one of the custom who faced same problem with same product..in that case flipkart had refunded his money(see the attached the screen short from flipkart website) but they are not doing same with me. THIS SHOWS THAT FLIPKART IS CHEATING CUSTOMER AND ALSO PROVIDING DIFFERENT SERVICES ON SAME PRODUCT TO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER. how can they treat different customer in different way. they refunded same product to one of there customer but said no to me.
again they did not provided"HEADSET" with the product which is available with the product.and when i called the customer care then they again said that "it is our policy..we don't give head set" and told you have to purchase it separately from us for which we will again charge you even when ASUS is selling zenfone 5 with headset at same price i.e,9999.other site like AMAZON are providing headset with same product at same price.
this clearly show that flipkart is cheating and making there customer fool.moreover they did not even reduced the price when they are not providing headset,they are charging same price i.e,9999 .ASUS are providing headset to AMAZON but not flipkart ! clearly they are making there customer fool.
not only this they created lots of problem during delivery of my product also like extended the date of delivery,gave wrong information on phone and mail,and without asking me they changed the reason of delay and updated "customer requested to reschedule" even when i had not made any such request.
FLIPKART CLEARLY CHEATING THE CUSTOMER.THEY ARE PROVIDING DIFFERENT SERVICES ON SAME PRODUCT TO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER.THEY ARE CHANGING THERE POLICES FOR DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SO THAT THEY CAN CHEAT THE CUSTOMER.
