Dear Sir,
I am writing this email to you with the hope that you will be able to help me in resolving the issue that I have with my HDFC standard life insurance (young star suvidha).
I had requested HDFC life over internet to change the fund allocation of my policy as 70% (growth) and 30% into secure fund executed on 5th May 2014 , and i have got the confirmation from HDFC Life that the transaction is successful.
however, when i visited the statement online, statement shows as 45% into growth and 55% into secure, I wonder why they have changed without my approval.
I have requested HDFClife to correct the transaction and statement as per the latest fund allocation, Hoever I am failed to get it corrected as no one from hdfclife responds to the email. every time I called HDFC life call center, i get the same response as my query will be addressed in next 48 hours.
However it is been nearly 4 months since i first requested to correct the statement and no action has been taken since then.
Please help me in this regard and request you to suggest way forward if i can approach consumer forum claiming my rights.
