Sir,

I have booked a flat in vista luxuria,Manjari,Pune in December 2011.Also made all payments to Parmar builder.But as this project don't have environment clearance, so builder is not giving me possesion letter.So I'm unable to take tax benefits of my home loan & I can;t resale this flat .This is cheating of 35 Lacs Rs.So please help me to get out of it.
