hi , i am nishanth reddy from hyderabad(telangana), i took broadband connection from "you broadband" company a/c no:- 1116298 paying amount (3599/- RS 4 mbps plan for 10 months around 3 months back ., from first day of installation , i am facing speed problem and pings drop , till now i have given "n" number of complains and written mails to customer care and nodal office (customercare.hyd@youbroadband.co.in and appl.hyd@youbroadband.co.in) , problem not solved and they took money for 10 months but in my a/c they activated for 8 months only , when i ask about my another 2 months they are completely silent .
