I have purchased Eye Frames from Titan online stores, however once received i was not happy, i have returned product back. As per them if i give Cancelled cheque they will transfer refund in 7 to 15 days .. however evern after 30+ days they are not returning money, whenever i call them they say refund is initiated and it will take one day.. from past 2 weeks they are answersing same. can you kindly help me.
