Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam, In the month of December, I had bought an ORGANIC WHEAT GRASS POWDER(worth Rs 290) manufactured by the above mentioned brand. The product was in good shape when I bought it from a mega store and it was labelled with the Expiry date- 10-08-2015.I placed the product in a safe and dry corner of my cupboard, and opened the pack in the first week of January 2015. Next day, to my utter dismay, I found very tiny insects crawling inside the packet.I felt that I had been cheated by the above brand because they have supplied me a rotten product.I reported about it on 10th January on the customer care no. given on the product but they responded very negatively. I called on the same no. again on 13th January but no one turned up even to have a look at the product. I called them again and again on 16th January but no one received my call which is very disrespectful.

I request you Sir/Madam to take necessary steps to address my complaint.
