SPICEJET tickets CANCELED & they confirmed 100% REFUN on the portal & over phone as it was canceled for flight delayed > 90 minutes on 01-Jan.

Upon the timely delayed message from SPICEJET on 31-Dec, flight was immediately canceled for 100% REFUND which they acknowledged.
Make my trip assured me that REFUND will be send to my bank a/c by 9-Jan however this got DELAYED upon my CALL to them only to 15-JAN.
This further got DELAYED to 18-Jan.

I received the message from MMT for REFUND of Rs 12,401 by 19-JAN.

However till today, NOTHING has been DONE.

Shockingly, there has been no call back YET despite so many requests.

Almost 15 emails have been sent to MMT....nothing has been done so far.

I'm totally UNHAPPY.
