Complaint Details
I was promised framed pictures of size 8'*10' and 6'*8' with the chosen quality and frame to be made ready for collection by 26 Jan 2015. The date was freeze as these framed pictures were my gift to my dear friend flying to Canada on 27th January 2015. Total Rs. 500/- were agreed upon and Rs. 200 were taken as advance.

However, the frame of the pictures made ready for collection was of poor quality which was broken from all 4 corners from backside and there were gaps in the joints of the frames on the front.

The showroom people outright rejected even to hear anything, denied the visible gaps/broken frame, denied me bill, denied me any refund and made me make the remaining payment of Rs. 300.

According to them customers like us make these excused to pay less.

As a matter of fact it has cost me a lot of time,energy and petrol to visit that S.C.F. twice (7 Kms from my house) to get the pictures made. Moreover, I failed to give a good gift to my friend.

If this portal cannot handle such complaints, then please suggest where should a customer go in such a situation.

As a proof all I have is the details of payment, size, quantity, advance and remaining amount written in the handwriting of the owner, on the backside of their visiting card. This is being attached herewith.

I hope appropriate action will be taken, which every citizen of this country expects and deserves.
