Complaint Details
I took a new connection, within 2 days it stopped working.
Engineer came after 3 days and not able to resolve the issue.
Next day another engineer came and fixed the issue.
My connection is not working even now.
I called customer care, they said my money will not be refunded.
I have the full amount to airtel and not getting the service.
i want my money back and want to cancel the connection.
