Complaint Details
I had requested for a service of my aquaguard RO water purifier with Complaint No 0079972592 got registered. But the service executive turned only after 3 days, that too after calling the service executive at least 7-8 times. After 3 days he turned up and serviced, charging Rs.4655 for changing filters and membrane. Immediately after replacing he switched on and water started filling in the tank, but the waste water discharge didn't take place. When we inquired he said it'll start working after filling it up and emptying it twice. Then he left. Even after 2 days the waste water is not being discharged. When called on the same service executive he's quoting reasons such as it is not possible today, and such other silly reasons. I tried calling their customer care but they aren't receiving any calls.

Unknowingly about this problem the whole family drank this water and now all are suffering from Fever, cough. Doctor has already treated us twice and even they don't know about what treatment to give in such a case
