Complaint Details
This refers to problem with Lenovo P780 handset. I purchased this handset from Reliance Digital, Infinity Mall, Malad (W). Mumbai on 23 Jan 2014. You will find all the necessary case details in your system.

I am currently working with Linde Group, AG, as Application Technology Sales Manager. I am in to Sales of New Technologies, which are launched in market after complete performance check.

Extremely serious concern:
· This is the third time, service center (SVN Technologies, Borivali - Mumbai) diagnosed problem with the mother board. It means the device might be launched on trial and error basis, without thoroughly verifying the stability & performance of the system.
· It takes almost 1 month to return the handset; due to non availability of mother board, hence practically I used my phone for only 8 months out of 12 months. For this reason I had to purchase another standby handset (Intex make for Rs 1500). This is an additional expense to me, due to problem with your handset.
· I am a Sales Professional & have all my important customer contacts, on my handset, which I lost, every time due to handset complete hang up.
· I used Blackberry Bold 2700, which was flawless till the time I used it. I opted for Lenovo, against Sony & HTC, considering the brand value of Lenovo, however I got only disappointments.
· I purchased it for almost 20,000. It is very shocking to realize that this handset is currently available at approx 10,000 in market & my handset fetches me a resale value of mere 4000, in spite of very good condition.
· Let me also tell you that the latest review, for this particular handset is negative in market
I tested my patience & kept using this handset till date. However, this is troublesome & as a legitimate buyer, I want Lenovo to replace my handset with some other series, which is sturdy & the performance is confirmed unlike Lenovo P780. I trust my demand is not irrational, as i have spent money for the product to perform, but the product has failed completely & I can not afford to loose my time, money & valuable data like this.
