I subscribe to 8Mbps broadband connection. I am getting less that 1Mbps internet speed for more than 2 weeks. Internet connectivity is very unstable. Often service not available without any notice of planned disruption. Very frequent maintenance with no improvement in quality of service. President Assurance desk, Nodal Officer, Escalations ignorant and non-responsive to my complaints. Lot of follow-up conversations with no desired outcome. Breach of service by failing to deliver basic / core service (8Mbps high speed plan) in exchange of premium pricing. Having a monopoly as an ISP in new build residential society. Technicians contracted-out and incompetent of networking skills.

I would like my internet speed and stability to be fixed for good with no excuses and false promises. A full page apology advert on national newspaper (such as Times of India) and opening a dedicated online/offline helpline for consumers with similar distress. Audit and review by govt. organizations on quality of resolution.
