Given wrong information & identifications and use my credit card for Rs.8500
On 26th july 2014 around 4:15pm got a call from 9210496465 aditya desai/riya gupta Ms.Puja from MasterCard, they given me a opportunity of reward points getting from HDFC Bank and if you need to convert in gift voucher as well as your limit of card also will be increased
How I don’t know but, aditya desai/riya gupta only confirm my full credit card no and valid date as well as my date of birth same I verify from my side and immediate I got a msg on my mobile one time password & he/she confirm from me
As soon as confirm that I got second msg Rs.8500 using Credit Card made at Shreed Solution 4.42pm
After I confirm with HDFC bank customer care no then I was realize but unfortunately on same time i was busy with my new born baby arrival and same time I received one courier (7nos lotto shoes, Yatra makers card 057507, 1 Senator W Card, Yatra Gift card 103715.
I contact agent aditya desai/riya gupta on 9210496465 on 16th August for clear above charges as per the confirmation given by him/her but, he/she replied me due to server down we cannot revered this amount now it’s tack 45 days to do the same. So timing you pay these charges to Bank and they will revere back to your a/c.
I have a question in my mind how they got my personal full Credit Card no / my name / date of birth and now he/she is not pick up my calls 9210496465.
Please help me to get out of it because I am not in position to pay these charges.
