Always my mobile balance is reduced. And when I call to costumer care they told me that xyz application is activated on your number, then I says this is not my fault and they reply me yes it was by you. And then i deactivated the application manually. But i never got back my balance. this is happens several time and several time I did the same.
This is a honorable request to you to please take a action according to my type.
