Sir, i have taken a loan from fullertron india credit company, that was taken over by HDFC Bank on 30.12.2014, and send a DD to me for giving it to fullertron but the name was wrong mentioned in the DD, now i am following up with the bank from last month to till for the new old as the old dd was returned to the bank. but bank always saying that we will short our your query within 4 working days. because of this double liability is being raise on me for paying the interest on loan amount, one side HDFC charging the interest for the JAN -15 as it was taken over by HDFC, other side Fullertron is also charging the interest becasuse DD is still to submit to Fullertron.
