i was an airtel post paid customer, on 29th january 2015 i gave request to make my postpaid plan to pre paid. so the take rupees 50 as service charge and take my identity.
on 29 th evening my post paid sim got cut the services and new sim (prepaid) is activated. but even till now i cant make any calls from the sim.they are not taking any action for support me. i was used the number from the last 7 years now it becoming a useless number, even now i could not send sms to PORT from airtel to another network.

so kindly do the need full to activate my number or i need to get compensation for the loss i had.
