Complaint Details
We have closed our lease line conection due to bad internet services. Then why are you sending me legal notice second time and asking for payment, when i will use your service then i will, if i am not using your serivces then why should i pay for that and its not compulsary that, if your are not providing services then again i need to continue your services .if we come to SLA then my a/c manager Mr. Nitin Phulera did not provide me SLA and their terms and condition after my 100 calls. why will I continue your serives and pay for that. instead of that you need to pay money to afycon due to company loss that company suffer from your poor services.
