Hi,
I recharged with 1000 Rs in the OLA Cabs website using my Mobile app, which is called OLA Money. Then when I tried to book a travel pick-up for the day of my travel, it continuously showed error. Then we called the OLA Cab call center number. They told that they will not be able to book for a prime category car from their website and we have to book from our mobile app. Then we explained them the error, and then after sometime they said that okay they have booked the cab for us and which can accomodate 4 adults and 1 child of 10 yrs old. Now on our travel day, they sent us a small car, where we even could not fit nor our luggage. We immediately cancelled the booking and had to urgently make some alternate arrangement to travel to airport.
On our return journey also we had booked an OLA Cab, as we were just 3 adults then and a child 10 yrs old. But the Cab driver had lot of his own things dumped in the car dicky like tyres and other stuff, so we could not keep our luggage and had to again make an alternate arrangement urgently from there as well.
So it is a very poor, pathetic and non-trustworthy service. Beware!
