Complaint Details
I had requested for a refund of Rs 430 from my Pay TM wallet back to my Bank account on 9 Jan'15. I was asked to share my Bank details with a scanned copy of Cancelled Cheque. On Jan 11 I received an email from PayTm advising that the money will be credited within 10 days but nothing happened. I sent them an email reminder on 19 Jan and 27 Jan and also sent an email to the Grievance officer and Service head. I received a similar email advising that the money will be credited within 3-5 days. I haven't received any credit of rs 430 in my Bank account yet.
