Hi, I made a booking in Landmark project of NRDL at Jogeshwari (E). This is a re-hab project and payment was made on Dec'2015 of 19.60 lakhs. I have been provided with all the receipts in original and MoU (memorandum of understanding was signed stating possession will be by Dec-15 or entire money will be refunded on 12% rate of interest. This is now Jan'15 and as of now the status of this project is as is in 2012. For last 2 year, I am getting same response from company that, project is in approval stage and they are awaiting approval for starting work (LOI - letter of Intent submitted etc). For last 2 yrs, my money of ~20 lakhs is blocked in this project without any hope. I am not sure whether I withdraw the money or stay invested. If I withdraw, I won't get benefit of price trend over 2yrs. Again not sure, builder will happily return the amount with interest in quick time. I need clarity on future of this project or alternatives.
