i have a lpg connection from hp. and their distributor is not giving us the lpg cylinder saying that we first need to fill some dbtl form which have come from government .the last date to fill the form is 28 feb . but their is no such instruction from government that you have to fill the form and then only you will have the lpg . their is no such clause. yet they are not issuing the cylinder . i am going to their office daily for at least seven days .no satisfactory answer is given .once they said that the system is down . does that mean we will not get cylinder till system does not work for months . please sugeest me
