I have been facing the issue with my nokia lumia 925 from past 6 months. It switches off automatically even when it is fully charged and does not start for almost 1 complete day. I have raised this issue with Nokia multiple times. They take it, do something called as repair and give me back. I have not paid 27k to run behind nokia customer. Moreover the only thing they say is "It is repaired and this will not reoccur" Very bad customer support and they are not concerned about hearing anything from me. They say what they want and hangup the phone. It is like we have paid money and become helpless. They do only what they want. I have started facing the problem from September 2014 and i bought the handset in November 2013. Attaching one of the job sheets. I do not need a repaired handset from them and need a replacement or the refund Adding a complaint here with a hope of getting a satisfactory solution.
