the product returned on 3/12/2014as it was not delivered on time. snapdeal received it on 9/12/2014. i was assured that within a week i'll receive the refund but it did not happen. a complaint was raised with them complaint number 14030897. i have received mails from them that the refund has been initiatedtwice but today when i called them they said yes they have sent a mail but the refund has not been initiated. i had requested them to efund it in form of sd cash as the accnt i paid with was my salary accnt and it will be closed as i am no more dealing with the bank. they have mentally harassed me and i have no option but to file a complaint as its been 2 months.
