Honorable Sir,
Sub: BANKS getting Lose with some Bank Managers Ex. Andhra Bank AGM M. Satyanarayan Reddy branch code 0455
Having many years of experience in Banking Sector/ANDHRA BANK is not an important but how much knowledge has achieved is important and how great he gave service to the customers is very very important in his experience, but I don't understand about ANDHRA BANK HIGHER OFFICIALS, I have given a complaint on R.C.PURAM AGM that he don't have proper knowledge about the credit card application process and related information why you have assigned as a AGM in R.C.PURAM branch, this is a BIG branch in this R.C.PURAM locality, when the BANK OFFICIALS don't have proper knowledge what service they will give to the customers, why the Officials don't train this type of AGM when giving responsibility ? with his own rules which is not related to bank he is creating many problem to the customers like me.
My name is KATIGHAR RAJANI and i am a bank account holder also, in the month of October i have applied for Credit card in the RAMACHANDRA PURAM Branch 0455, but due to wantedly the Branch AGM has rejected to send my application to the Head Office and he wantedly kept my Application in the Branch only i have been visiting 5-6 times but no response from him, i demand to him on what reason he kept my application in the branch, finally the branch AGM said that you account is not completed 6 months so we have rejected the application, i asked them to send my application whether am i eligible or not that will be decided in the CREDIT CARD department of ANDHRA BANK, but on his hand nothing is there to check or to do anything, but he wantedly he is creating the issue with me and i have contacted on phone to customer care about the issue they said that every thing is clear from my side and the only problem is with AGM all the documents are also sufficient they said, due to his personal revenge or what i dont know he is doing like this,
As per the policy of the ANDHRA BANK CREDIT CARD the person should have 2 year IT Returns and KYC these are sufficient to apply for credit card but the branch manager wantedly harassing me by creating this issue
the same issue i have already forwarded to the Head Office and CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR level but even after one month also i have not received any reply from them already i got a answer from the AGM, On whom i am giving complaint but the answers are from him are very silly without proper information the AGM has sent me a letter, the same letter and all the documents are also sending with this mail,
Here the important point is the Head Office people have to solve the issue which is raised by me even after given several complaints to CMD and other higher officials total 20 members but no one has responded to my mail, this means the AGM has lot of back end support due to this reason the AGM has fully confidence that no one cannot do anything to him,
And The major problem is if you read my earlier all mails you will get correct information about how much knowledge the AGM has without proper information on BANK products how he got that position i dont know, the BANK IS TRYING TO GIVE THE NEXT POSITION IS DGM but when he dont have proper knowledge about the banking product what service the customer can expect he dont know how to maintain a branch or ATM recently due to many complaints the ATM problem have rectified, i simply says that in the bank he will always sit happyly without any worry many customers are shouting and they scold to bank people but the AGM has responsible go to them and solve the issue what they have but he will always sit in his cabin, due to only reason Govt bank many people are coming to this bank but with this type of AGMs many customers are going to other banks and loosing many customers for our BANK products
and i have been giving the repeated complaint to the CMD and related Officials but no one is responding to my mails i request you to initiate an inquiry on all of them about the same and why they are not responding to my complaints and whey are not taking any action on AGM, because the they are not ready to take any action on AGM all are same category Officers so they are not interesting to take any action on the AGM SANTAYANA REDDY
I request to you to take necessary action against the AGM and initiate the Inquiry on him do necessary justice to me as soon as possible
