I have ordered Redmi 1S moblie through flipkart (order id: OD201860872912746300) and the mobile battery fluctuation issue. I have requested for replacement and their technical team provided some troubleshooting methods but no luck. So I have applied for replacement again. This time unfortunately I missed to attend the call from their technical team and got the message that I will receive the call by tomorrow only. Why should I wait for a day when they have given defective product. It is their responsible to provide replacement as soon as possible instead of this silly delay.I have also called flipkart representative for requesting technical call by today (02/06/2014) itself but they are behaving crazy telling that I will receive the call by tomorrow only. Why should wait for a day with defective product? In received message they mentioned as call time at 10.30AM but I received call at 10.15AM itself I need file legal consumer case against Flipkart ...
