Sir,
with due respect I beg to mention that I have a Policy No. 16536019
under HDFC Classic assurance plus plan dated.31.12.2013. On dishonour
of ECS on 31.12.2014 from A/C No. 20163621183, I have deposited
premium against the policy worth Rs.29,990/- through my HDFC agent,
Mr.Niloy Paul, Silchar, Assam, Agent code no. 00341161, Licence
No.5288231 in cash and deposited on 04.01.2015 vide money receipt
served to me. But surprisingly on 13.01.2015, Rs.29,990/- towards
premium due for Dec/2014 again debited from SBI A/C No. 20163621183
which is quite unknown to me till now. HDFC agent Mr. Paul at Silchar,
Assam, informed me that he have already putup the case for refund of
excess premium amount debited and will be deposited in my UCO Bank
Account at Guwahati, Assam but till date I have not get refund of the
same which is very much regretted, so I therefore request you to
kindly enquire into the matter and doe the needful at the earliest.
