Complaint Details
Indane gas my customer id is 32044 registered with National Gas Agency, Hassan, Karnataka.
Every time the refill booking is made they take 12 days to process it and then cancel the booking after that in the internet and give false reasons and delay for another 10 days, after much argument they deliver the cynlinder refill.
Apart from it since my subscription which is about more than one and half years ago, I have approached with records to them for additional cylinder and there was a refusal giving again
false reasons.
They also have a forced sale of LPG gas stove towards me during the time of registration even
though I had pleaded them it is not useful to me.
All records of LPG aadhar and bank details are duly signed by me and given, still they are
delaying processing the same and making reasons for non delivery of refill.
