Hi,

I booked an apartment flat with Dynamic Constructions, owned by Mr. Manish Loke, and paid a sum of 13 lakhs. His building was being developed at Karjat.

I later found out that, he sold the project to another builder without consulting me or settling my dues.

I confronted him and he made an agreement with me to pay upfront and also cleared approx 3lacs of the amount. For the rest, he claimed to clear dues within 3 months.

The said duration has passed and he has not made any further payment.

I need your advice as to how I can get my money back from him. My initial efforts to negotiate with him as failed and I suspect only law can now force him to do the needful.

I have required documents to support my claim and can submit the same in subsequent emails. Right now, am sending this query from somewhere else, while the documents are at my place.
