Complaint Details
I am fighting with then since 5 months to know my account status that weather it is in Kotak Circle in which i am supposed to maintain 50000 avg balance including all 4 accounts ( as explained by the mktg staff ). But after words charges debited towards Non maintenance of avg balance in each account.
after so many communication on service.bank@kotak.com visited to branch also & met Bhavin Kapadia, Branch Manager who promised to reverse the bank chg and to confirm the status of account. but after 1 month still no response. messaging him a lot and to mr. krunal badlani also. want to close my account but they say that account closing chg will be charged before 6 months.
please help & guide me.
