I have been using the internet service from Saibaba Internet Services, with User ID- AYUSH132. Right from day one, I'm facing issue with this service provider. Internet will disconnect at night, and I need to keep on calling them in the morning, and they respond saying some issues from their service provider, cable issue , power issues or lack of servicemen.
Being working in a services company, I've never seen such response to a customer in my company. They respond rudely at times, and gives false reasons to shut my mouth. This service provider even gives a Virtual internet network, that's even not informed to me, and they must give Dynamic Internet network to every user, as Virtual Network is not a safe way of browsing. If I ask for a complaint number even, they refuse to give saying will look into it. Kindly look into this issue and make sure no other customer like me must face issue.
