Complaint Details
We had ordered a bed to the said shop owner on 29th Dec 2014, the bed was delivered on the 2nd Jan 2015. However the bed is incomplete without the appliance to lift the top ply of the storage box, not been put into place, until today(8/2/2015). After repeated phone calls for more than 1 months, the shop owner is giving false promises to complete the bed everyday. The bed was agreed for a cost of 10500 INR, the amount of 10000 INR has been paid on 2nd Jan 2015. Inspite of almost full payment made , the shop owner is not taking action to complete the bed attachments.
