I BOUGHT SONY XPERIA Z3 ON 9TH JAN 2015 AND AFTER 10 DAYS OF USE, IT WENT DEAD, I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE ON 19TH AND COLLECTED MY SET ON 5TH FRB, 2015. NOW THE WATERPROOFING CAPABILITY OF PHONE IS GONE AND ALSO WHEN I TALK IN SPEAKERPHONE THE OTHER PERSON CANNOT HEAR MY VOICE ALTHOUGH I CAN HEAR HIS VOICE. ALSO THE PHONE IS HANGING. I SPENT 44000 FOR SUCH A BAD PHONE. THEN I DID SOME INTERNET RESEARCH AND I CAME TO KNOW THAT MANY HANDSETS OF SONY DONT HAVE WATERPROOFING ABILITY AS THEY CLAIM IT TO BE. PLEASE I WANT MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WAS GONE FOR MY UPSC MEDICAL TEST AND HAD TO COME ALL THE WAY FROM BILASPUR TO DELHI TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND STILL IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AS IT SHOULD. IT COST ME MORE THAN 5000 TILL DATE GOING AND COMING TO SERVICE CENTRE AND I HAD TO TAKE LEAVE FROM THE OFFICE ALSO TO FO AND SUBMIT IT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE. I JUST WANT SONY TO GIVE ME A BRAND NEW PROPER HANDSET WITH WATERPROOFING ABIILITY AND WORKING AS IT SHOULD. IF THEY CANNOT THEN I WANT MY REFUND OF 44000 AND 5000 MORE PAID FOR EXTRA EXPENSES AMOUNTING TO RS. 49000 FROM SONY INDIA.
FYI - I ALREADY CHANGED A SET THE DAY I PURCHASED SINCE THE BATTERY WAS DRAINING WITH 29% AN HOUR, I SHOWED IT TO SONY BUT THEY WOULDNT BELIEVE IT UNTILL THEY CHECKED THEMSELVES. THIS WAS THE REPLACED HANDSET AND IT IS ALSO CAUSING PROBLEMS.
