I wanted to disconnect my 3g postpaid sim
no 9018832209. I went to YOUR
AUTHORIZED RELIANCE STORE named MOBILE
WORLD in gogji bagh, Srinagar, back in
OCTOBER -2014 to disconnect sim, they said
" It would be disconnected after couple of
days before the NOV bill is generated", But it
did not happen...and I received my NOV bill. I
again went there they again said the same .
After visiting them several times, they said,
"We would disconnect it, only after you pay
Rs 2200 for the month of oct, nov and dec" I
was shocked to here this...but then i decided
to pay them Rs 2200 in dec... It is Feb-2015,
and my connection is still not deactivated
and they are harassing me by calling 7 times
a day which is simply not acceptable . I have
been wrinting to nodal officer's, appellate
authority's but they to did not respond....
Now,
1) I want you to disconnect my net... 2)
refund my security deposit plus 3) Rs 2200
which i paid you unnecessarily.in dec...
