Since the time I have taken a Vodafone Red Plan, I have beed suffering from pathetic service and bill related issues. I have been writing emails to vodafone customer care, Nodal Office, Appelate Team but of no success. I have been chasing the RM to explain the plan as I am being charged heavily, but no revert from him. Bill is done wrongly and now they have disconnected the outgoing call due to non bill payment. No one has approached me to resolve the issue and they are only bothered about their payment. I want vodafone to resolve the issue and reinstate the services of my phone immediaetly.
