Complaint Details
- We had a courier pick up from my home on 31-Jan-15
- Courier was International courier to be sent to AUSTRIA by FEDEX
- KK International manage (Mr Kishore) sent a guy at our home for pick up on 31-Jan-15 from home
- He promised the delivery in 4 days, it was supposed to reach Austria by 4-Feb-15
- As promised, when we called the service provider for courier number for tracking purpose on 1-Feb-15, he replied saying we need id proof of receiver (which is not true) but we send the ID proof as well
- After receiving the ID proof he replied that he will send it on 2-Feb-15
- When we called him on 2-Feb-15 we came to know that courier is still in Pune and not even dispatched
- He again made the promise to dispatch it on 3-Feb-15 and it will reach Austria by 6-Feb-15
- We waited till 5-Feb for dispatch number, but then he again reverted us very rudely saying courier is not dispatched and it will reach back to your house in two days i.e. by 7-Feb-15
- When we called him on 6 and 7 Fe 2015 and he didn't received the call, also blocked us on whatsapp. After calling him many times he responded saying he will return it by Tuesday that too after deducting some charge
Now its been 10 days and parcel is missing.
