For better understanding, let me list the incidents that occurred today in my experience of the support I was provided by makemytrip.com

Issue:
Booked a flight ticket for the 11th Feb 2015, however due to an emergency medical condition I'm going to be unable to travel.
Flight leaves in another couple of hours.


Request:
Change date of travel to 14th Feb, more than happy to pay any charges

Treatment received from MakeMyTrip.com:

I had called for the first time at around 1:00 PM (10-Feb-2015), was asked to call back in another hour as server is down.
Called every hour since till now (01:22 AM 11-Feb-2015). In every instance I was hardly given a listening, and was rather curtly told to call back after an hour
So far around 14 calls made since, and as the number of call increases, the level of rudeness of the representatives grew.
I was sent a response via an email (attached email) which apparently were the resolution. But it looked as if it is an auto-generated generic response for all email sent to the address.
Attempted couple of calls again, this time yelled at, telling me to call back in an hour over and over again and my explanation did not make any difference, just increase in the intensity of rudeness.
In two instances, after having waited in the phone IVR queues for about 30 minutes, a person answered and without telling me anything was transferred back to the phone IVR.

Now I feel so helpless, this is just astounding. I understand that there are issues anyone will have to run into, but I was hoping that at least as a human to another human, I might be given at least the minimum regards due to any other human being!


I know all these sounds a bit exaggerated and you have every reason to suspect me for a hyper sensitive dramatic frustrated person, but I'd like to request you to believe me when I say that nothing above is an exaggeration.
