This is informing you that i want to withdraw my PF and salary for the month of April 2014 As you know that when I given my resignation company blamed and put fake charges on me without any proof And forcefully transferred me on other store location But i denies and give my resignation but my Area manager harassed and given mental torturing and play a dirty games with me Because he know i am a honest and disciplined and punctual employee He don t want to loose me Mr Nafees Azam General manager also involved in every case and he know everything Through this letter i want my PF and my salary which is not released yet And you also sent absconding letter at my residential address In fact i talk to Miss Shweta HR Anil Seth Mr Nafees Azam but they not give respond of my queries
I have offer Letter & Appointment Letter Salary Slip Stock Handover Sheet and duly signed and acceptance of the store staff which was presented in store and Shortage description which you sent to at my residential address

Detail of my grievance:
1. Company harassed and tourcher me and hold my PF and salary/bonus without any reason.
2. They pressurize me forced me to do work in other zodiac store otherwise we put shortages on you and deduct the same from you Salary/PF/Bonus.
3. I know companies not right to hold PF but they not give the clearance and pressurizes and threat the store staff
4. They run the company as per own choice
5. Take long hours duties without giving any O/T
6. They forcefully pressurize to work on National holiday and not giving one day extra salary and complementary off on other day
7. Working hours are too long, week off not as per the choice because its 7 day open stores.
8. Put fake charges and forced to take transfer to other location
9. No commercial license to run showroom
10. W& M/Labor inspector/MCD and other govt investigate and check it out.
11. Due to this I suffered direct and indirect loss,
12. Mental and harassment to me.
13. Force me to do signature on shortages which is not happened and not related to me..
14. If there any shortages in store so they charge from the store staff only and they charge the retail price not cost price.
15. If there any store works on night like store paint/R & M works so they not provide the conveyance and meal facilities and given any off, either staff reach home in 2. A.M
16. Anil Seth and Nafees Azham know everything and if any store staff have some queries, related SOP and staff benefits programs as per the retail so they shouted and abuse them.
17. They call up me and said visit branch office and take your hold salary/bonus/PF, company released all the things but you have to draft a letter to all govt officer and zodiac company, this will happen by mistake and this Is my fault. And I have evidence of this..
18. I want my respect my holding amount (salary/PF/Bonus) along with 5 lac rupees as a compensation.. Because due to this I have suffered too much losses.
19. Duties of store staff is completely opposite to Appointment letter which is provide by the company. Which is duly signed by the Chairmen of the company..
20. If any staff not compromise so they plan and exit the staff
