Complaint Details
We entered into a service contract with Metro Kitchen Solution for the maintenance of our Chimney and Gas. The Chimney was taken for repair on 25th Nov 2014 but has still not been returned as of 11th Feb 2015. When we call the company they say it will be delivered the next day but it never happens. We have spoken to them at least 15-20 times.
We would like to get the Chimney back even if it is not repaired and a full refund of the contract amount Rs. 5400 with punitive damages.
